THE 10th ANNUAL WILEY MEMORIAL/AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ARCHERY 3D SHOOT:

Last Memorial Day weekend was not a time of rest for more than 300 shooters who took part in the 10th annual David Wiley, Sr. Memorial Heart Shoot! The two-day tournament was hosted by the Foundation and Wiley Outdoor Sports, and was held May 24-25 at the farm of Warren Strickland. The event raised $32,673 and the money will be used to purchase transport monitors for the Cardiac Catherization Lab. Thanks to everyone who made this tenth anniversary event such a special one!

Ashley took her seventh Pope and Young Whitetail in SouthWest Kansas. This deer was taken with traditional equipment at a distance of 22 yards. It traveled only 80yards after a double lung shot. The bow used was a 59 Bear Kodiak with a draw weight of on 44pounds.
